DIY: Chalkboard wine glasses

Like all good ideas, I got this idea from pinterest. This is what the wine glasses with chalkboard paint bottoms looked like:

And this is how mine turned out! They were a hit at Christmas and still are every time they get brought out. Also, they made wonderful gifts. A couple glasses with a couple pieces of chalk with a bottle of wine.

How to make them yourself:

I bought 20 red wine glasses at the dollar store. One bottle of chalkboard spray paint and chalk. I’d say the total cost came to about $30, so just about $1.50 each!

Tape around the stem that you don’t want painted. And spray the bottoms, let dry and do it again for a total of three coats. Easy-peasy!

These lucky ladies got some this night.
